Hat Burning and Decorating
Planting by the Moon Phases and Raised Bed Gardens
We
all have experienced the increases in produce, herbs, fruits and
berries. This important class covers the basics of how to start a
simple raised bed garden.
Factoring in small variables such as
the sun and wind, where on your land to plan your garden.
We
also discuss the benefits of raised bed gardens and how to plot the
area for the best yeilds. Companion plantion and zone rotations will
be discussed.
Deciding what you want to grow in your garden and
how to plan for the harvest of your families favorites so that you
are not overwhelmed when it comes time to process.
The moon comes into play with gardening. Each guest will recieve this years Farmers Almanac, and we will discuss how to read and use this annual informational workbook that has been a farmers tool for generations.
Refreshments and snacks complimentary during this 90 min clinic.

are planning our annual VIKING THEMED HARVEST FEAST and RENAISSANCE FAIR!
Join us for
a day or tasting and tarot card readers. Sampling local brews and
mead.
A
night of dancing - fire - spinners - music and more!
Adults only (must be over 21 to attend)
A large feast of the local harvest will be prepared for us to indulge!
